SG Arrival Card is not a visa. Please refer to SG Arrival Card e-Service for more information.
Valid visa holders are required to adhere to the latest travel requirements and advisories, where applicable.
Visa application procedure
The Consular and Visa Section of the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Muscat will only be opened from 9.00 am to 1.00 pm from Sunday to Thursday.
(Closed on Oman public holidays and the Singapore National Day).

Processing of visa: Within three (3) working days (excluding the day of submission). Some applications may take longer to process.
Visa fees: 9 OMR (Exact cash) Pls ensure that you bring the exact cash.
Embassy will not be able to provide any change.

Documents required
Application for an Entry Visa [Form 14A] [PDF, 202 KB]
Application for visa – Letter of Introduction [Form V-39A] [PDF, 192 KB]
Original Passport and a Copy of Passport (validity of at least 6months)
Original Resident Card and a Copy of Resident card
Flight and Hotel Booking(to be provided upon request)
NOC (No Objection Certificate by sponsor).
