Invitation To Quote for The Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at The Chancery’s Premises

ITQ Reference: MCT/ITQ-001/2023

To All Interested Vendors

You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Embassy of the Republic of Singapore in Muscat, Oman under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore ("Authority") to participate in this Invitation to Quote ("ITQ") for the provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services at the Chancery’s premises.

2.          This ITQ contains the following:

(a)                Covering Letter

(b)               Instructions to Potential Suppliers

(c)                Conditions of Contract; and

(d)               Requirement and Evaluation Criteria with the prescribed Form of Quotation

3.         The prescribed Form of Quotation attached to the Requirement Specifications must be fully completed. Please contact the Embassy at telephone no: +96824607760 or via email at singemb_mct@mfa.sg to obtain the documents listed at para.2 above.

4.         Your Quotation Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation Offer. All Quotation Offers should be received as stipulated not later than 1.00 pm on Sunday, 30 July 2023.

5.         All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be directed to Mr Muhamad Redzuan, Second Secretary (Administration & Consular), at singemb_mct@mfa.sg with the title "Query - Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services - Company Name". Please replace Company Name accordingly.

6.         All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 19.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.
