INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF CLEANING AND GARDENING SERVICES


You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore as represented by the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in Muscat, Oman under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Singapore (“Authority”) to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for Cleaning and Gardening Services.

2 This ITQ contains the following: 

(a) Covering Letter

(b) Instructions to Potential Suppliers

  (c) Conditions of Contract; and

(d) Requirement and Evaluation Criteria with the prescribed Form of Quotation 

Please contact the Consulate-General to obtain a copy of the documents.

3 Your Quotation Offer must be fully completed and submitted in accordance with this ITQ. You are advised to read carefully all documents enclosed in this ITQ before submitting your Quotation Offer together with the prescribed Form of Quotation. All Quotation Offers should be received as stipulated not later than 1.00 pm on Thursday, 12 August 2021.

4 All enquiries regarding this ITQ shall be directed to Mr Bartholomew Goh at singcg_mct@mfa.sg with the title “Query - Provision of Cleaning and Gardening Services - Company Name”. Please replace Company Name accordingly.


5 All enquiries are to be made in accordance with Clause 19.5 of the Instructions to Potential Suppliers.
