QUOTATION NOTICE FOR SECURITY GUARD SERVICES AT THE CONSULATE GENERAL OF SINGAPORE

Invitation to Quote: Ref No MCT/02/2019

To all interested vendors

The Consulate-General of the Singapore would like to invite interested companies to quote for the provision of security guard services for the office of the Consulate-General of Singapore in Muscat for a period of one year. The contract will commence on 1 November 2019 and will end on 31 October 2020

If you are keen to participate in the quotation exercise, please contact the undersigned at Arivalagan_Palaniandy@mfa.gov.sg to indicate your interest. We will then send you the ITQ documentation and specifications.

Your proposal should be submitted to the following address in a sealed envelope attention to Arivalagan Palaniandy (Consul) by 21 July 2019 (Oman Time 3 pm): Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore, No 2980/1, Way 2840, Hay Al Sarooj, PO Box 57, PC 103.

Your proposal will be evaluated based on the criteria listed below:

(a)                   Price Competitiveness (40%)

(b)                   Compliance with Specifications (30%)

(c)                   Track Records (25%)
